Returns, Exchanges & Replacements
- Return Window: You may request a return, exchange, or replacement within 7 days of delivery.
- Process: Email contact@artlier.in with your order details to start the process.
- Shipping Back to Us: Once approved, we will arrange a pick-up within 24-48 hours. If pick-up service is unavailable in your area, you may send the item back to our warehouse at: Sethi Enclave, Baldev Nagar, Ambala- 134007 HR, India.
- Return Shipping Costs: Artlier covers the return shipping cost for defective/damaged items. For all other approved exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.

Timeline: Once we verify everything, we will deliver the replacement or exchange product in the next 7-10 days.
Refunds & Store Credit

Refund Method: Refunds are issued as store credit, which can be used on future purchases.

Validity: Store credit is valid for 6 months and redeemable at our online store.

Non-Refundable Fees: Cash on Delivery (COD) charges ₹249 is non-refundable.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange an item if:
- It is damaged or defective.
- The shipping package is also damaged.
- It is in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- You wish to exchange it for another product of equal or higher value.
If purchased as a set, all items must be returned/exchanged together.
