Because we begin processing orders immediately to ensure fast delivery, modifications and cancellations are not allowed once an order is placed. Please ensure all details, including your address and the items in your cart, are correct before completing checkout.

In rare cases, shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or major holidays (such as Diwali, Republic Day, or Christmas). We will do our best to keep you updated if your delivery is impacted.

If your tracking status hasn’t updated within 72 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at contact@artlier.in. We will reach out to our courier partners to resolve the issue for you.

We offer Free Shipping across India on all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a flat shipping rate of ₹249 applies.

Yes, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Please email contact@artlier.in with your order details to start the process.

Item must be in its original condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. If you purchased a multi-piece set, all items must be returned together.

If the item you wish to exchange for becomes unavailable, we will process a full refund directly to your original method of payment.

Once your returned item arrives at our facility and passes a quality check, a replacement item will be delivered in the next 7-10 days. If you are receiving a refund, please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account.

Yes! You can upload your own artwork or request custom modifications for a personalized print.

Prints are shipped unframed and rolled, allowing you to choose a frame separately. You can also select a framing option from our Frame section.
